Good Habits

I am so pleased to report that I took my own advice and took my calcium before going to bed and am feel rested this morning. Do you have good health habits? They really pay off. Do you take your probiotics and other small intestine products first thing in the morning on an empty stomach? I like to take the SOD then, in fact, I am going to take some right now!

Calcium oh calcium. We read about it, drink it and see barefoot people sell it.

Agreed, there are different types of calcium and some tricks to using calcium to it's best degree.

Tip #1 Try some calcium at night. It helps relax and sooth muscles.

Tip #2 You need stomach acid to breakdown calcium so don't rely on acid reducers with calcium to be absorbed. Skeletal Strength by NSP has some HCA which helps break it down. I highly recommend this formula for all you "A" bloodtypes out there!
